Information SiteSorted processes
SiteSorted may process account details, authentication records, founder prompts, launch goals, project context, website URLs, reference captures, uploaded or discovered assets, generated HTML, saved designs, API-key metadata, usage events, and support messages. Payment providers may return billing status and transaction identifiers; SiteSorted does not need to store complete payment card numbers. Technical logs can include request timing, error details, browser information, and identifiers needed to diagnose a run.
02
Why the information is used
The information is used to authenticate users, operate the launch intake and builder, generate and edit websites, preserve project state, charge the correct account, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, improve reliability, and answer support requests. Customer facts and assets are used to produce the requested website. SiteSorted does not need unrelated personal information, and users should avoid placing secrets or sensitive personal data in prompts unless it is genuinely required for their project.
03
Service providers and retention
SiteSorted relies on infrastructure, database, authentication, model, analytics, email, and payment providers to deliver the service. Those providers receive only the information needed for their role and operate under their own security and privacy obligations. Information is kept while it supports an active account, project, legal obligation, security investigation, or reliable operation. Retention can differ for account records, generated artifacts, billing records, backups, and short-lived technical logs.

Your choices and contact
Signed-in users can inspect, export, scrub, or delete supported project context through SiteSorted's data controls. API keys can be revoked from account settings. You may also ask for access, correction, deletion, or clarification by emailing hello@sitesorted.co.nz. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute handling, or legal compliance. SiteSorted will verify that a requester is entitled to act on the relevant account before disclosing or deleting account information.
