For help with a SiteSorted account, builder run, generated page, API key, credit charge, or saved artifact, email hello@sitesorted.co.nz. Include the relevant page URL or run identifier and a concise description of what happened. Do not include passwords, full API tokens, payment card details, or secrets. If an issue concerns generated output, explain what you expected and what the builder returned so the problem can be reproduced safely.

The canonical developer page is https://sitesorted.co.nz/developers and the machine-readable API contract is https://sitesorted.co.nz/openapi.json. Send integration questions, incompatible client details, and reproducible request or response examples to hello@sitesorted.co.nz. Redact bearer tokens and customer-confidential content before sending logs. The public health endpoint at https://sitesorted.co.nz/api/v1/health can be used to distinguish API availability from an authenticated request problem.

Use the same address for privacy requests, suspected data exposure, account access concerns, or responsible security reports. Describe the affected SiteSorted surface, the date observed, and the minimum steps needed to reproduce the issue. Please avoid testing against another customer's data or taking actions that could interrupt the service. SiteSorted will use the contact details you provide to investigate and reply to the request.
